Management Cease Trade Order and Cease Trade Order are totally different.

A "Management Cease Trade Order" means that a Chief Executive Officer, President, Vice President, Board Members, and those with significant decision making power are not allow to purchase stock in an effected company.

For example, North Bud Farms Board Members, CEO, President, Vice President, and those whom have material information about this company cannot buy or sell North Bud stock.

However, the general public are still permitted to buy stock in that company during a "Management Cease Trade Order".

In fact, I just purchased some extra shares at North Bud Farms with no problem at all.
