RE:Market will decide tomorrow

RE:Market will decide tomorrowI was an owner until recently. What drew me here was the divy but i was leary because the company has made quite a few bad investments the last few years which has made me leary about their competence. it seems their investment capital is based on junior debt/ preferred shares which means if a company falls under hard ship they have no collateral to protect their investment? I was able to put that aside for an attractive dividend but now i see no point as i have little faith in management. Yes the divy is still decent but compared to january prices it places the value at so little. Their current nav is 15$ so even if we get close to that level i can think of dozens of better names at that yield with better stabilty and growth prospects. I may reenter once we retouch the 6$ level. And the biggest question is will they lower it again??????
