senior homes buyout????

senior homes buyout????NDP making noise today about the government taking over all senior homes in Ontario.
If this would happen would it be a fair buyout of SIA or would shareholders be left out in the cold here....
comments would be welcome

don't really know how Ontario could begin to afford this anyways......
