Alaris' business model is to invest in crappy companies and that's basically how I feel about my investment in Alaris--I've invested in a crappy company. 

I've owned Alaris on and off for 6 years, giving management the benefit of the doubt to turn this ship around, but I have finally accepted that Alaris' management is over-rated and there are much better and less risky companies to invest in. 

I also don't get how people say you get a 12% dividend to wait.  You only get to enjoy the 12% dividend if you roll the dice and buy in at these levels.  If you bought in at $20, you're getting around 6% on your original investment.  Again, not worth the risk in my opinion for a company that for the past three years continues to over-promise and under deliver. 

Good luck to all, but I am out of this stock the next time it has any type of rally.
