Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBDF

Primary Symbol: GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:RE:A strategic move no doubt, we could probably use an extra Thanks rborhi, I just saw your earlier post about needing money for doing the resource calculation. Good point, those aren't cheap.

rborhi wrote: They have to proceed as if they will build a mine, at least half heartedly.  Theoretically start small in a high grade open pit area, get cashflow going and slowly expand.  The worst case scenario, though highly unlikely, could be that no one comes knocking on the door.  So they do need to start planning for that doorway to some extent.

This is what Friedland did at Voisey Bay, as soon as they knew they had something big, they started plans to add staff with mine building experience to give the appearance they were going to build, as a ploy to make the suitors more desperate and entice stronger offers for buyout.

Now we are starting to see a $17 share price figure thrown out today, even if for flow through shares.

The potential suitors looking in are just seeing GBR getting more valuable, going from strength to strength.  Maybe the trigger for offers starting to come in will be when gold breaks $1800 to $1900 US.  some still think the gold price might have a strong pullback before rising again, I don't know.
