RE:RE:Good day for gold stocksWrong! It's real and it happens all the time... simply the reverse of downward manipulation... all part of a pump & dump. That does not mean it happens with every stock every day but it happens. I have talked to experienced traders about this as they explained this to me. Selling back and forth to each other, working in groups. It can be done with the greatest of ease. If there is weakness or strength in the market, it helps to greatly facilitate the process. This stock is an easy target. Before the consolidation I was buying this stock around a dollar. There would be low offers and when I went to buy, they disappeared before I could get my order processed. The reverse happens when you are trying to sell into high bids when the stock is overbought. It effects the emotions of many traders as they wonder what is happening. We are but small players here. In the long run this stock looks very promising so you can just take a long approach if you want to ignore this exreme volatility.
