The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

That was more like someone dumping 200,000 shares between 3:30 and 4:00pm. Was the Canaccord Genuity presentation awful? Or what? I had a meeting conflict and couldnt listen to it. Anyway, I picked up 2000 shares at $2.04, right at the day low, so I guess i should be happy, but I'll wait and see what happens tomorrow before I start popping the champagne...
