RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The only explanation is complete fraud - blame the exchange Good post HW. IMHO, go after the BoD, past and present. And remember, there was only ONE executive at RQB, George Robinson. The rest were employees. 
And you are correct, there's no $$ and no assets so no class action suit. Send in your complaints to BC securities. 
FYI, did anyone notice the Global Health Clinics announcement the other day? An undeveloped app from a company registered April 22, 2020 for 30,000,000 shares. Sound familiar?
