The Company owns and operates a total of approximately 82 senior living residences: 40 retirement residences (RRs) (including the Company's 50% joint venture interest in 12 residences in Ontario and Saskatchewan); 34 LTC communities; and eight senior living residences providing both private-pay IL/AL and funded LTC (including the Company's joint ownership in two residences in British Columbia). The Company also provides management services to an additional 12 senior living residences in the Provinces of British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta.

RE:RE:tough day for seniors homes

no real reason in my opinion for the price to plumet as it has
any future cost increases on the bottom line will be passed onto consumers or government anyways
beds will always be filled with an aging population and the never ending need in our society for long term chronic care
will not sell my shares and have added in the past few weeks
great dividend
