RE:RNX

RE:RNXRise gold (CNSX) completed a reverse 10-1 split on December 16th ish ,2019 at .05 to .50..today it's trading at .84...so that one worked out fine for them. . I think that most reverse splits occur during downtrends or bear markets in the gold space, so the tendency is for them to continue their downward trajectories afterwards...that is why the majority of them don't make a big difference to the market cap. As far as issuing more stock in the future (diluting) is concerned, what is the most important thing is that the money is used to create much more value for the shareholders. In other words , if RNX gets a financing to pay for an incredible opportunity , that will pay for itself 10x or something like that, then they should go for it..There may be some incredibly cheap deals coming their way and they should do whatever it takes to take advantage of that. But if RNX dilutes just to exchange 4 quarters for a dollar, then you will see a mass exodus out of this stock, including myself.. Having said that, of course nobody likes dilution and hopefully enough cash will have piled up that they will never need financing again...
