RE:just received the annual meeting info Yup, sent my message to management via my 6 proxies.  IMO, the share based compensation plan was a bad design last time and hurt the valuation of the company considerably.  I doubt our votes will be able to change the course taken by management on this front, however it is still important to communicate the disagreement on this policy issue to management.
