RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New reports listed...White Oak is getting CDN assets for $21M CDN and US assets for $11M USD. FTI made $6M CDN in profits while running Eagle.

The highest bidder didn't offer cash, they offered to assume the debt. This wasn't considered so White Oak won the bid.

Overall, Eagle sold for the value of the debt. Nothing more.
