Things to watch for going forwardconvoluted news releases such as the last one, LOI'S ( which are hype news releases ) Deals with consultants ( cash payments and large amounts of options ) Deals with numbered companies or other companies ( eg from last news release: nothing broken down such as what is the asset value, number of stores, sales margins per store, sales per store, profit or losses per store ) financials not broken down ( sales from each company, no profit or losses from each companies sales, gross margins on sales from each company ect. ect. ).
