RE:movementI don't see any notification that the private placement of share at .075 cents has been completed. Its going to be tough if not impossible to do a placement at .075 cent when the stock is trading at .45 cents. If the exchange approves it i think the .075 cent placement should be offered to us long suffering existing shareholders.
