Yup they are about to add another 100 million shares to the 262 million outstanding shares. Thats alot of shares for an exploration company. Looks like .005 is in the cards for FRI if you ask me.

I hear you. Its a great cash cow for them it seems. I wonder if they will be doing a consolidation soon? 250+ thousand shares outstanding is quite high for a company with no news.

The final placement is scheduled for the end of June 2024. Once that is done I predict that the SP will drift back down to below 2 cents. Just too many shares outstanding to maintain this SP level in
