RE:RE:RE:Wallbridge Mining Company Limited and Balmoral
RE:RE:RE:Wallbridge Mining Company Limited and BalmoralI own WM and briefly owned a little BALM. I think most in the know would say WM has very highly regarded management which under promises and over performs. They've had a fantastic drill record.
Balm hasn't enjoyed been regarded as highly (some might say I'm being polite here), but Balm had a much larger geographic area.
Then WM attracted Eric Sprott to pursue at or near 25% ownership of the company and understandably promote it in his weekly conferences. WM also attracted Kirkland Lakes to take a 9.9% interest in WM and place the CEO on the Board of WM. All this would suggest very high interest in acquisition of WM, and I would think would give extra technical help etc. to WM from KL if needed.
The Balm acquisition by WM has resulted in a Balm buyout price way above what it was months ago and landed Balm owners in the enviable WM company. It has now expanded the land WM can drill by about 9 or 10 times (I don't have the exact figures in front of me, but I believe Balm's property size was 9 or 10 times larger than WM).
BTW Balm finally announced an excellent drill result, right at the border with the WM property, about a week before the vote to acquire. That indicates the highly regarded WM people should be able to dig right in and start exposing great drill areas on Balm's old property adjacent to the original WM property soon. That will enhance value for all.
My 2 cents worth. Hope this is helpful. Good luck-tndl
