RE:FINALLY ACCEPTED MY LOSSES

RE:FINALLY ACCEPTED MY LOSSESHey I feel your pain. Penny stocks come with huge risk and transparency is always an issue. Twenty years ago I lost big on dot com penny stocks and pipe dreams and vowed I would never buy into them again. I broke that promise and bought into this.

I am disappointed like any long. But, almost everything outlined in your comment goes back to Gordon/JVM. Their blunders bring us here. Of course, if you see no difference in how this is going forward, then of course one has to sell. I think they have a shot to get at least to 80c by harvest and higher with improved earnings. That's at least a 3+ bagger from here and good enough for me. Anyway, gl with your future investments.

Damn stupid fool I am I was in at a much higher price than it is now and still at a great profit but with inexperience didn't take my profits and run (2-3x). The reason? Cannabis sector was on fire and NRTH was presenting the best long term plan for profitability... according to some analyses by an amateur with good videos they were supposed to jump in value 5x based on the current valuations in the sector at the time. What a damn fool I was.

We all know they f-d up royally. Despite that I kept hanging on, kept hanging in. They were going to be the cheapest producers of extraction products, the largest licensed outdoor grow in the world, they got the license (!!!!!) and ultimately at least they had some crop right?

I was bothered that they never clearly presented info about the crop quality, forget the 'drying fiasco'. But was it a drying fiasco? Transparency and trustworthiness was totally lost when they didn't reveal that there was a major crop loss for whatever reason (personally at this point I don't believe it was a drying license issue). Furthermore their seedlings or whatever they were did get cross pollinated or whatever occurs and did go to seed (we found out later from a JVM interview). Alison clearly misrepresented these on Midas touch talking about how they were small but so sticky. They were trash.

But still they had crop. And since their plan was primarily extraction some variation in quality was not supposed to matter. Plus they would make the only cbd vapes with quill. Recreational was legal and they should start to turn around right? So what if they spent all that cash on the stupidest line of idiot products (Sackville).

Now, after essentially radio silence, we find out that:

a. They were not ready to extract, they had to spend major cash to build the facility out.

b. They are buying product from others to make their sales.

c. They did not apply for the drying license until May of this year.

d. The outdoor crop has essentially done NOTHING and by their own admission is worth less (and maybe truly worthless).

e. Their cash position, which was their one saving grace and the only thing that suggested that they were undervalued, is majorly eroded.

I had a good mind to sell everything at 0.32 pre financials but that dying voice in my head singing the NRTH good and green and cheap and smart anthem made me hang on for one last dash of hope.

When I saw the revenue headline I got excited but only for a second. I realized now, after 18 months, that this company is spinning its wheels and the most uncomfortable feeling is relying on another season of farming. Say what you want about 'they learned this, or they learned that', it is beyond clear from the late planting because of weather, to the cross pollination to whatever happened to a bulk of the crop at the end and the very suspicious quality; outdoor grow definitely has a wild card variable to it.

Who is the master grower now? What is their experience? It doesn't matter to me because after all that time all I have seen is there is nothing to trust in this company that their shareholders matter or perhaps more importantly they know what they are doing. I feel I got lucky to cash out at 0.28; but this is a MASSIVE LOSS for me.

I realize there's personnel changes but who are these people really? The lady in the recent video looks like she knows she's lying... that's just speculation but the great JVM was a sham on this and the US experienced marketing wizard AG was ultimately a joke... that's DD for all of us to assess on our own I know.

If the NRTH dream comes true and I missed out that's ok; it's on me for playing with things I had no business playing with. But my message to the board is from the beginning they have been selling this dream;

actually with barely anything to sell...
