For that 100 million they got some future tax losses plus that extra 100 million tax losses. 

In Canada an arbitration usually lasts 3 months. I can't see anything tricky with this case but we're not privy to the disclosure. COVID May prolong this hearing but at the end of the day arbitration usually is very limited and will  have both parties unsatisfied when complete. We should have sued them and took our chance in 9 years when it was settled. 
I'm still not convinced this finished with arbitration. I'm still believing Bausch buys it back into there portfolio it's just at what price. It's so far a blockbuster in the U.S. so Cipher will want 15 million to settle.
