In GSA's analysis Doody says, "we see SA giving KSM to a big copper miner to develop..." and in return SA would get a 10% gold stream worth $147 mil/yr. My understanding is that Rudi is talking to a gold miner and a copper miner that could develop KSM together. SA would receive 10% of the copper in addition to the gold. Using GSA's consevative #'s this would be 10% of 265mill lbs @ $2.60 = $68.9mil.
GSA's target price of $42/share for SA was derived from the $147 mill gold stream, the additional $68.9 mill from copper generates a target price more than $60/share.
