Shorts at work means Management not doing their job! Grow the company, increase revenue, increase profit, reward shareholders. Once management starts executing, I hope I won't be reading anymore about "shorts at work", that's bs.
Once we stop blaming others and be accountable we will achieve success so if you are losing money, talk to management and ask them what is being done to reward shareholders.
If the shorts are at work, it's because management is not working.
