OR MAYBE, he knows darn well that China is about to become no-mans land and he's unloading his 7-8 digits at 3 cents, exactly where he's declaring a successful accumulation price.

I have a feeling I'm about to become a very hated person next week in Canadian penny stock land when Seeking Alpha eventually gets around to reviewing and hopefully publishing my latest submission. It should positively impact PKK though
