There should be No reason a judge would arbitrate an end to a contractual agreement unless the party was egregious and unfulfilled there committed obligations. Bausch appears to be sour about not holding Canadian rights to Trulance and dearly wants them back. I'm guessing after ruling Bausch will try to acquire the rights. Cipher is in a premium spot and the ball will clearly be in there court to do what they want with this block buster drug. Hoping for a buy out of Trulance in the 20 million range, .80 cents a share seems fair.
