Patriot One has developed its automated passive and nonintrusive computer vision module to leverage common off- the-shelf thermal video cameras. The new module is compatible with the current PATSCAN Platform and is initially designed for deployment as a remote video safety screening solution.

The PATSCAN VRS-T Thermal module utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to identify and analyze instances of contrasting body temperature. Anomalous detection outside a nominal temperature range results in an alert transmitted to onsite personnel for further action employing standard operating procedures as defined by the facility management or organization.

Early screening could help slow rates of infection of contagious pathogens such as H1N1, Seasonal Influenza (Flu), or Coronavirus outbreaks such as SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV or SARS-CoV2 (CoVID19) limiting the impact on regional community health-care services and increase the probability for timely treatment.

The PATSCAN VRS-HS face mask compliance detection module uses computer vision analytics that leverages common off-the-shelf digital video camera technology to detect if a person is wearing a face mask.

The module is designed for deployment on single or multiple digital video camera networks for the detection of face mask compliance to assist in preventing the
spread of viral pathogens.
