I was suggesting CDPQ or IQ do this. Would be a smart move for IQ - they could make money on the transaction while refinancing Bombardier - exchange the acquire debt for much cheaper debt perhaps with more security and perhaps with an option to convert into shares (at a much higher price of course) - they could recoup a lot of their investment in ACLP by doing so while helping Bombardier out a lot - besides the fact they'd probably assist them later if forced to so why not assist them now and make money while they're at it? Seems straightforward to me. #Pablo's imagination
