However don't agree with div reduction or elimination theory. If the divs is gone, the cash could go toward the debt or better yet to build up the revenue sources. In this case the share price will definitely go up, not down.
If the divy cash is deployed to share buy back as BlueShoe wants, the share price would go down, after a short-lived adrenaline shot.
