Its' The Doug Ford Ontario goverment

Its' The Doug Ford Ontario govermentdragging their feet accidently on purpose with the roll out of private shops, completed, just waiting for the final green light while he keeps making improvements to his OCS on-line store while, offering free-shipping and the like but, selling users information to third-parties - thats' a fact.  He's trying to corner the retail market as much as he can, while stalling private retail and ironing out the kinks on the OCS.  If he's not careful his boss, the Atorney General is going to wrap his knuckles again..like he did when Ford decided to close all retail cannabis except the OCS in Ontario. Result: 1 day later: the Attorney general overuled by declaring Cannabis salers an essential service and immediate resumption of sales.  Its' all about the goverments legitimate fear of cannabis returning to the black market of which gains against were made.  If he doesn't stop the dragging of his feet games he's going to get another reprimand from Ottawa.
