HAT is one of the best properties in B.C. But you need to communicate the "story" out there. Investors need to believe that management is also a very strong factor in this story not just the property. The man in charge seems like a very, very nice person with a good background. You know how some people can tell a joke and some can"t. Well some people can tell a good story and some can't. There lies the problem.
