If the Company defaults on its obligations under the Convertible Debentures, the holders could foreclose upon the Company's assets securing its obligations under the Convertible Debentures, appoint a receiver and receive an assignment of accounts or pursue other remedies generally available to secured creditors, all of which could result in a material adverse effect on the Company. (From May 22/20 Prospectus)
The next interest payment is June 30/20. Will they accept shares in lieu of again?
