Before, the company was saying: this is our product and to begin playing at even the most basic level of services you have to shell-out $100,000 per plane at the get-go. Now they are saying, it won't cost you a penny up-front and you can pay only for what you use at whatever level of usage suits you. Then, as you like and if you want you can add more services from our a la carte menu over time and we are here to collaborate in that effort to improve your efficiency and profitability. That $100,000 per plane as the only option was a huge disincentive.
I guess the expectation is that over time as companies expand their use of services a point will be reached for some of them where the integrated compounded enhancement effect of installing the hardware will make sense. And if not, Flyht will still be receiving revenue for what they do provide.
