You are really on about this take over huh?

I think it is highly unlikely. For one who would want to buy up this company with this much debt?

Also, the managment of the company average cost of their shares is much much higher than that. If they did take the $.25 offer it means they think they are going under, which then leads back to the first point who would buy it then?
