Where is ECN going to bottom?

Where is ECN going to bottom?ECN has been on a downtrend the last month.  It is a continual move downwards.  A person would think should start to get a bottoming starting to occur.  ECN was on a good run till around 5 dollars a month ago and has been trending down ever since.  The markets as a whole have been correcting.  

I still believe a good buy at these current prices of 3 to 4 dollars.
