EU findings of Alstom and Bombardier acquisition

EU findings of Alstom and Bombardier acquisition I dont know if some one read this or posted it. But looks like Alstom and Bombardier got feedback from EU and they had discussion with EU to resolve EU concerns. The discussions are going on between Alstom and us with the commission and there (are) remedies that have been discussed already," Bombardier CEO Eric Martel told reporters. "Those discussions are very open. They are well advanced also. We're quite comfortable with the plan we've proposed." Martel said the commission will make its own analysis and decision "but I think that the discussions so far are extremely productive." https://www.google.com/amp/s/mobile.reuters.com/article/amp/ca/idCAKBN23P2YE I am vested in RTX and they go thru mergers and spins. Recently they sold military gps business to get approval in UTC and Raytheon merger so there is give and take. And looks like its happening with this deal too.
