"... the Company indicates that it agreed to a strategic consulting services agreement with a business affiliated with Andrew Grieve in October 2018. The Company noted that $892,356 was paid in connection with the agreement in 2019...."

No salary but making big bucks through " strategic consulting services". Remeber the headline, "One cannabis CEO wants his pay pinned to success, not salary"

Very clever.
