RE:Hey hunday senotaThey have not decided how many Marianna shares they will give to Primo shareholder. However it is 25% of Marianna's shares. so I expect that it will about 1 million shares. If we calculate based on 1 million, you will get about 20,000 shares of Marianna if you really hold 3 mil shares.
