A possible buy in offer at 15.50$ would not surprise me.

Someone knows and is that person bought those 100K shares from the last wave of  execting (outgoing) investor.

Could he be the same one as in Temple hotel? 

I know 15.50$ is not much, but RBC will say it is a fair price base on ....
