The strongest conviction is holding right now seeing the green. It's challenging. But. I believe in this company hence the risk I have chosen. I do believe we will see north of a dollar soon. There is so much public information out there if we search. I have found a few gems by looking Thru board meeting notes, RFP's, and awarded contracts from public agencies. I do believe Q3 will surprise us beyond expectations. 


The real question, where do the get 4-6 million to service these contracts. Something has to be in place......
