RE:RE:I3e will increased his offer to equal to other transactionDerekChandler,

I am not working for I3e or TEI officers and directors, I am working for TEI shareholders.

The owner of the 60M$US assets can be also in default on its debts, except their management is working in the interest of their shareholders.

NEVER FORGET TAX POOL IS LIKE CASH IN THE SAFE BUT YOU HAVE TO OPEN THE SAFE TO PICK THE CASH

NEVER FORGET Oil and Gaz assets without the infrastructure to carry, transform, stock and ship has littlet value.  It is the case of the 60M$US proposed acquisition assets by I3e.

NEVER FORGET for I3e, TEI will be the vehicle for the America expension, to borrow $,  sign contract etc, and if something going wrong in the futur, I3e will cut the arm.  TEI will become a 100% subsiduary of I3e.

Without TEI assets, infrastructures, tax pool and TSE listing, the 60M$US proposed acquisition assets by I3e can not be done.

TEI shareholders are in the driver seat for that transaction, but TEI officers and directors try to push shareholders out of the driver seat

I3e will increased is offer to 0.05$ per TEI share in cash or in I3e shares
