RE:RE:RE:Radio-Canada June 26th articleIt seems to me that the company should inform all the shareholders no matter what they are valued at. I thank dalesio and all on this board. I tuned out all and everything about orbite sine the dire news. A 2nd chance would be nice, but if old shareholders are not even included, this would salt on a wound.

After you do that your broker now owns them and since they are worth something so if for some reason the newco becomes a multi billion dollar company those shares could be worth something and you can be sure the brokerage won't be throwing them in the trash but that s not very likely as once the market screws you you is screwed but to remain legally compliant there are rules that have to be followed.
