This would mean roughly 20 MIllion shares outstanding and thus will lead to very little float and trade volume.. plus the SP will be in 9 dollar range and 6 dollar range for NYSE. 

you need a minimum of 1 dollar to trade on NYSE as i understand.. i feel they should do a consolidation in the range of 3-4 which will bring the flow to 50-60 million shares which is pretty good and also the SP will be 3-4 CAD and 2-3 USD.
