RE:RE:RE:WellUnfortunately I have experienced of a stock that has presently beeen halted 5 years on the same board! There appears to be no rules limiting the length of a trading halt as long as the company meets regulatory requirements. As you can see those 'requirements' can be very elastic in terms of reporting forgiveness. I guess you could go after the company for locking up your money but these 'zombies' rely on the fact that your legal costs would more than eat up any monies you might recover.
