RE:RE:what is the market cap?

RE:RE:what is the market cap?I like the long-term growth prospects of this company, and McBookie has done well YOY despite COVID, but it seems as though a lot of growth is already baked into the SP. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?  Q1/March 31 filings have current assets at 3,383,839 with liabilities being 1,709,423....P/B appears to be around 14.5 when the SP was .35 at launch.

Issued and outstanding shares will now grow to 138,161,092 from the merger with Askott. I haven't found any numbers on Askott to dig deeper on that front in order to better assess a reasonable share price post merger.  Appear to be good synergies here, but further financing is also required in the order of $3-5 million that Canaccord et al are assistig with to secure private placements for (12,500,000 subscription receipts of Askott at a price of 0.40 per).

Seems a little expensive right now with a lot of growth already baked in, and the CEO/Darius noted in the recent webcast that he doesn't expect FANS to be cash flow positive for another 18months, but who knows.
