They also got 100 million warrants at 2.5c. so if this ever went to 4 cents again, this investor could sell all his shares at 4 cents and make 2 million profit AND he could sell all his warrants for 4 cents and make another 1 1/2 million for a TOTAL PROFIT of 3 1/2 MILLION. Obviously this investor is happy to invest 2 million and make almost double his money selling at 4 cents. So expect a huge wall up at 4 cents...or 40 cents after consolidation. It will be 200 million shares at the ask at 4 cents or 20 million at 40 cents
This is not how sophisticated investors think. First off, assuming one person laid down $2 million, no one in their right mind would put that much down on a penny stock unless they were worth $10 million or more. More likely $50 million or higher. And with that, they're not in it to sell at 4 cents and make a couple million.
When Mark Cuban or whoever on Shark Tank puts up $1 million, the intent is to grow that business so that his stake is worth $10 million or $50 million. Not flip out for $2 million at the first opportunity. This investor isn't going to sell out at 4 cents unless he goes bankrupt like Jiang Wang.
