RE:Btb is weathering this storm much better than expectedagree about the positive rent collections and happy that btb continues to share updates.  for 10% lost rents i think btb should be at around 20% off it's high ~ $ 4.40.  other REITs i hold show similar results and seem to be similarly undervalued so i dont think btb is neccesarily ahead of the pack.

but i would not count on moderna to save the day.  apparently all trial  participants have experienced side effects, multiple doses are required,  and protection lasts only 2 months?    if true it  looks increasingly like there will be no effective vaccine available before mid 2020
