With the workforce expected to continue to grow as activities ramp up across the route in preparation for pipe installation starting next month, there was a significant focus in June on readying workforce accommodation sites to receive those workers, including the implementation of measures to keep them safe and healthy.
Progress continues with clearing, and last month saw grading works get underway in Section 8, with 21% of grading completed in that section.

We’re excited about what’s in store and as we move forward, we’ve made some changes in our reporting to reflect the transition in activities and important steps in construction, as well as enhanced our reporting to be more transparent on progress. You’ll see that for each section, we’ve added metrics on grading activities and the quantity of pipe that’s been installed.
