first canadian gov and prov. gov will praise the project on the out side (but under the table will work with france , Airbus or to make sure bbd gets out with time and Airbus , France gets the cake Alone)

stay away from Airbus and France, they will eat Ba in no time

It has to be done in a non idiotic way. Its pretty clear that was how it was done last time.
