RE:RE:RE:RE:Where's The Update?

RE:RE:RE:RE:Where's The Update? Why release news before closing? The sp will only fall back to the .50 cent or below level and the news will be a lost item. Save the news until after the PP as that is holding us back at these levels. Use the NR to raise the price once it's closed. We are almost 2 weeks later than when it was expected to be closed so obviously it is not garnring the attention to entice buyers in at .50 when they can get it at .45. PP's always hold the sp down until closing. I was hoping it would close this week. I heard that the paperwork had to be in by Monday but there are always stragglers getting it in and then the company needs a couple days to announce.
This week is still possible but then again so is next week, as always.

One could argue that news may come prior to closing a PP in order to drive interest into the PP.

I agree with you in regard to the news release frequency, but I am not entirely sure there was a lesson learned in which Jeff can draw a conclusion from. I personally am a believer the market likes frequent business updates which like you said are spread out over time. That being said, obviously Jeff has a different opinion then us.

As for the mid July timeline given. I think we are still on target and Jeff uses words such as “as soon as” to allow for flexibility in managing investor expectations. I wise move for a company with a history of showing up late.
