RE:RE:AGM on August 25 and Big Stock Trade in the past 2 days

RE:RE:AGM on August 25 and Big Stock Trade in the past 2 days SP slipped down at the end of the day on Friday but it was good to see that there was a big purchase (i.e. > 1M) at 0.15.

I don't think the company had bad intention about not announcing it right away. Le'ts see what they say this week.

I am going to vote based on these factors:

1. The market trend - It should definetly be on upward trend prior to consolidation. I am going to keep my eyes on NRs. The Management team should release good news in order to bring SP up. Let's see what they can do in 1 month.

2. Insider Transaction - I want to see more shares purchased by Senior Management and Directors. I know that they have share options which they can buy shares later on at lower SP but want to see more commitment from them.

At the end, we are all here on the same boat. Let's share some good info and help the company to make better decisions.
