M&A coming?

M&A coming?Pat Mccutcheon's only current board membership (after stepping down from SHRM) is Medipharm. It would appear that the only restriction that he is now free of relates to Medipharm.  SHRM badly needs to add experienced people when it comes to running a publicly traded company.  Could Medipharm be a buyer?
