RE:1st tranche is last tranche? There's a problem with the markets,
During a cusip number change triggered by a roll back online trading is severely restricted, if you are current bagholder you will not be able to sell through your online broker unless you phone in and talk to a broker for a minimun of 3 days probably more since this is a penny stock venture trader so the brokerages care even less about them and sometin=mes they charge more too. You can buy more online but may have trouble selling but the new shares should have the new cusip number but because a retriction is place on the company's shares it overlaps and causes issues.
Now the real problem is the low life broker traders who are not hampered by this restriction gaming the share price for some easy money while the change is going through.
Gl it could get ugly for a few days, might also be a buying opp if the traders crater the price if they dogpile there shorting greed.
