TimeframeHere we go:
We are 4 weeks away (at least 28 days) from the AGM. I believed if you read between the lines "base on approved shareholders and market conditions" they may and not shall proceed with the consolidation. Base on this I think,
- We know they have short listed financial groups
- still talking with Glencore & possibly a 3rd party
- hinted about the sodium lower cost
- now 55tpd
There will or should be in the best interest of shareholders a few NR regarding a chosen financial group & the agreement with Glencore plus maybe another partner, followed by sodium News. This would definitely pump the stock to have the agreement done giving us shareholders a little lift. I think the company has this plan to raise it to 40 to 50 cents before AGM and do the vote.
Afterwards they could do the reverse split of 7 -1 which would increase us to $2.80 - $3.50 making us more attractive to larger investor groups. I believe this to be the best strategy. Proceeded by agreements with automakers rising our share price higher and in time higher with the profits and higher with news down the road from the Idaho project.
